Organized Transitions' Estate Clear Out Service is designed to alleviate you of the time consuming and overwhelming task of clearing out the home of a loved one. If you are an executor, an estate trustee, or a family member looking for help to empty an estate and prepare the home for sale, Organized Transitions can help. There is no job too big or too small. We will reduce your stress and work with you through the entire process.
We will carefully and respectfully organize the contents of your home and place them in designated areas for moving, selling, recycling or disposing.
We will sort through all personal papers and arrange for secure shredding.
Whether it needs to be shipped outside of the country or down the street, we will pack it carefully and securely to ensure it arrives safely.
Once all items have been sorted, organized, and placed in designated areas for moving, selling, shipping, recycling or disposing, we can set up for auction. We will coordinate all aspects of the sale.
When the auction is over, we will handle the removal of any remaining items by donating, recycling or properly disposing of them.
If there are any needed repairs proir to listing the home, we will coordinate and manage it all.
