Organized Transitions is a team of professional organizers specializing in move help, downsizing services, estate cleanouts, organizing, and auction services in Ancaster, Burlington, Cambridge, Dundas, Grimsby, Hamilton, Oakville, and surrounding areas. Established in 2010, Organized Transitions offers customized service and years of expertise to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition.

Jennifer Smith
Founder
With a warm and compassionate approach, Jennifer started Organized Transitions with a vision of making moving as simple and easy as possible. Jennifer has over 28 years of versatile professional management skills and she believes that trustworthy and reliable customer service is the cornerstone for any business. Her professional experience includes a private start-up surf company, franchisee of a national chain where she employed over 100 staff members, and organizing affairs in a corporation with over 750 employees. Jennifer has been relied upon time and time again for her solid organizational skills and take-charge demeanour. She equally understands the human dynamics of sensitive situations and can be counted on to provide the highest level of confidentiality.
Jennifer lives in Dundas, has 2 wonderful sons and loves the outdoors. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her 2 golden retrievers, practicing yoga, pilates, tennis and loves to be in the garden.
Sarah
Organizer
With a background in nursing, focused primarily in the field of geriatrics and with 6yrs of experience with our company, Sarah is a true asset. She helps guide new staff, is compassionate, has exceptional skills in organizing, has extensive knowledge in all parts of the job and is efficient. She is supportive in nature and brings a patient approach providing a calm atmosphere and smooth transition for our clients and staff alike.
Zane
Organizer
Zane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team in the auction industry. With a background in online auctioning, she has a deep understanding of household items, she leads our auction pickups with both professionalism and compassion. Her calm demeanor puts clients and staff at ease providing a supportive environment.
Erika
Organizer
Erika is a dedicated professional with experience in running her own business. Erika has a passion for organization and a strong commitment to client care. Her compassionate approach makes her an invaluable asset to our team and believes that a well-organized environment provides a peaceful atmosphere. In her spare time Erika is involved in the local arts in her city.
Darcy
Organizer
Darcy brings a wealth of experience in estate services to our team, with a deep knowledge of local donation centers and a passion for making a positive impact in the community. Known for her compassion and dedication she enjoys helping others and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty on the job. Darcy volunteers in her spare time and is a true animal lover.
